Are you a Finance Business Partner looking to join an organisation going through a significant period of change with a strong desire for finance leaders? The main responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner are as follows:

*Providing an 'a grade' service to internal budget holders.
*Proving budget holders with financial information to enable them to make commercial decisions.
*Ensure Managements Accounts are delivered accurately and on schedule for this specific directorate.
*Work with the Head of Management Accounts to develop the annual budgets and strategic finance plans.

My client is going through an exciting change period and is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to assist them in this journey. Managing a team of four accountants (qualified and part qualified) this role looks after the main area of the charity.

The desired experience is as follows:
*Fully qualified accountant.
*A keen interest in having strong internal customer relations.
*Managed a small team.
*Strong Finance Business Partnering skills.
*Worked in a large (£50m+) previously
