Senior Finance Business Partner, up to £64,000 + benefits

For a global organisation with headquarters in central London, we're recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to support 2 Sales Executives for UK and International businesses to grow profitability. The Senior Finance Business Partner with provide insight into the performance of the business, identify risks, opportunities and decision support to be converted into positive actions to maximise business margins.

Main Duties:

  • Develop, implement an oversee reporting, analysis and review to support the Customer Solutions Executives, direct the reporting team to deliver standard reporting as required
  • Work with the Executives and their leadership teams to identify and execute on new commercial opportunities to develop the business
  • Lead the Customer Solutions teams on developing budgets and forecasts underpinned by clear plans to achieve
  • Provide insight into the monthly financial results, identifying, quantifying and contextualising risks and opportunities and driving actions to optimise the results
  • Deliver well-presented qualitative and quantitative information, ensuring messages are clear, information provided relevant and succinct
  • Ensure the Executives feel well informed and confident that they understand the performance of the business
  • Ensure budgets and forecasts are stretched and can deliver regular profitable growth
  • Ensure a pipeline of new business opportunities are converted to a steady stream of profitable commercial contracts

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience of commercial finance business partnering in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
  • Commercial acumen and experience of developing commercial deals
  • Confidence, assurance and resilience in working with and influencing peers and executives up to Board level
  • Ability to use insight to make strategic and operational decision that support the commercial aspirations of the business
