The company is a high-performing, global business with an array of technologies that are changing the world for the better. They develop and manufacture technologies used in a wide range of industries and applications that you will use on a day to day basis.
This role will coordinate the Project Control Team activities, to ensure a good financial and operational control of the project business portfolio. You will lead the implementation of the standard Project Controls tool sets and work processes on all projects in your region. You will be accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of projects & management estimates, reports & forecasts for costs, revenue, billing & schedules on allocated projects. The Projects Control Finance Manager will also look after the set up process for project controls on large strategic projects, and will support the Operational Leaders in handling project reviews, controls and reporting processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Finance Manager who will be responsible for management of all Project Controls employees in Northern Europe, which will involve recruiting, hiring, allocation, administration and professional development.
The successful candidate will be an experienced staff manager, who has extensive project control experience. As this position will lead a large volume of projects (500 plus) it is essential that you have worked in this way previously, rather than having managed fewer large projects.
Experience of both cost analysis/cost forecast, and project scheduling and progress measurement is required.
A salary of between £65-75,000 depending on experience, in addition to a large company benefits package.
