Joining one of London's most modern local authorities, the role of the Principal Auditor will report to the Audit Manager and will feature the following key responsibilities:
*Delivering risk-based audits across a range of public services, including adult/social care, children's services, education, and cultural projects
*Work in a small team, taking on various audit projects throughout the year and delivering to a high standard
*Lead the full audit cycle under supervision from the leadership team, producing detailed reports at every stage, thereby contributing to the authority's governance and assurance framework.
