Your new company

We are representing a hyper-growth FinTech, with a really innovative product offering targeted at some of the world's biggest brands, allowing them to digitise cash, saving cost as well as increasing security, and efficiency. Based in stylish offices in Canary Wharf - they have the passion and drive of a Tech Start-Up, but a very clear brand identity, and a mature environment.

The business currently employs a little over 80 people, and are looking to increase to circa 100 very quickly. Finance is currently a small team, with just over 5 heads, including this role - this will allow you to get really involved in this company's growth plans moving forwards.


Your new role

In your new role as the Investor Relations Director, you will be the primary point of contact in the business for prospective, and current, investors, which are majority Venture Capital backers. A key part of this role is being aware of the culture of the business, and ensuring potential investor align to these values. You will then work closely with the CFO and CEO to prepare suitable slide decks for the investor presentations.

Further to this - you will be liaising with the current shareholders and investors to ensure that all parties are made aware of the company's state of affairs and to ensure their continued backing.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • CFA Qualified
  • Experience in a Tech business
  • Experience working in a Investor Relations specific role
