To provide the accounting function for management and statutory accounts for various Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI), property development and property investment companies.

Client Details

Our client are based in Hemel Hempstead and are looking for a Investment Accountant


Responsibilities of the Investment Accountant include, but are not limited to:

Prepare management and statutory accounts for investment companies;
Complete and update financial models on a six-monthly basis as required by external funders;
Ensure compliance with all covenants and requirements set out in loan documentation;
Liaise with SPV team and external shareholders or joint venture partners if applicable;
Be an effective and knowledgeable communicator that can relate to both internal and external staff;
Represent the business externally to enhance the company's reputation, standing and brand;
Actively look inside the business for best practice and outside the business for new ideas and approaches to business;
Be a positive role model for how we should all live the company's Vision and Values;
Provide supervision, support and advice to direct reports as well as other members of the Finance team; and
Other ad hoc projects as required assisting Finance and other departments.
