Robertson Bell Finance are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit an Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering for a period of 6 months. Based in London the role joins the organisation during a critical period of change and oversees the care and support function. Responsible for a large chunk of the organisation's output, this role has a high profile in the business.

Reporting into the Director of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Interim Head of Finance are as follows:

*Lead on the development of financial strategies within the directorate ensuring the production of accurate and reliable financial information.
*Oversee the production of insightful financial analysis of the care and support division to aid with decision making at a senior level.
*Manage and develop a team of 3 Finance Business Partners, driving standards within the team to increase financial controls within the care and support arm.
*Take ownership of the upcoming critical budget cycle, giving leadership on the planning and forecasting process.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified candidate who has experience of working in as a Head of FBP or Head of Finance or even a Senior FBP and looking to make a step up. Applicants from all sectors will be considered, however if you have experience of working in a large, complex organisation and understand the challenges that this presents this will be a bonus. You must have experience of managing a high-performing team and able to give sound financial advice to leaders across the directorate. This is an urgent requirement, so you must be available immediately available or on a short notice period to be considered.
