Some of the key responsibilities are as follows.
* Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly management accounts come out on time, overseeing the payroll and VAT function
* Balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all costs are allocated.
* Overseeing the finance assistant.
* The first month you will be doing a handover with the current post holder and gaining a full understanding of the organisations processes and policies.
The successful candidate will be immediately available and a part qualified accountant as a minimum. You must have extensive experience within management accounts and experience line managing at least one member of staff within finance. Recent experience running Payroll and VAT is also a must.
