My client is a UK charity transforming lives throughout the UK. The role joins during an exciting period of transition and change, and is responsible for finance, risk & assurance, and IT.
Based in London, and due to last a minimum of 6 months, the main responsibilities are as follows:
*Manage the Finance, IT and Risk Assurance teams on a day to day basis
*Lead the year end process, ensuring all statutory requirements and timelines are adhered to
*Review contracts and service delivery agreements to ensure they are profitable and achievable for the charity
*Play a key part in the senior leadership team, giving guidance and advice to other members, including steering SLT meetings
The successful candidate will:
*Have worked within a service delivery environment
*Have previously led finance teams, and sat on senior leadership teams
*Be a qualified accountant
*Have led teams outside finance eg IT, Risk etc
*Be available to start a new contract early/mid April
