Reporting into the Director of Finance this role assumes lead responsibility for all financial planning, costing, forecasting and management reporting for the finance department. This role liaises with key stakeholders of all levels across the whole organisation as well as coordinating all the Finance Business Partners from each of the business units to coordinate and ensure the provision of accurate management and performance information. As Head of FP&A you will provide a crucial link between the operating businesses and Group, taking a lead role in managing change through significant enhancements to the Group's reporting and analysis.
In applying for this role, it is essential you have a full CCAB (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) accountancy qualification. It would suit someone that has previous experience in a similar position and an understanding of the issues and challenges they face. Those experienced working cross sectional across an organisation, collating information from multiple sources and areas would be beneficial along with a solid grounding in Management accounting and Financial Planning. You will have direct line management of a large team with six direct reports and be responsible for driving the team to achieve its goals. As always when dealing with stakeholders you will be personable with excellent communication skills.
