A really successful and high-growth brand, operating in the Sushi space; in the grey area between retail and restaurants - are now hiring for a Group Reporting Manager - which is a newly created role, as part of the lean finance team.
This is a really fun business to work for, and would require someone who is full of energy and raring to get stuck into a really great business and help achieve its growth targets over the next few years.
Your new role
In your new role as Group Reporting Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring the timely reporting of the business, under IFRS and FRS 102. You will also take charge of the year-end audit, ensuring these come back as clean as possible, as well as the group consolidations.
Reporting directly into the Group Finance Director - you will have senior exposure from day one, and as such, will be expected to get involved in various ad hoc and project work when needed - including ONS returns, Tax and Treasury work, as well as legal and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully Qualified accountant from a Top 10 Practice - and either coming straight from the practice at Assistant Manager level, or making your 2nd move if you are currently in industry.
You will need to be technically strong, with experience reporting under IFRS and FRS 102 - as well as experience working on year-end audits.
