This leading property company has established itself nationally and provides services to a wide range of clients on both residential and commercial properties. Their large staff base is very profitable and turn over in excess of £100m annually.
Your new role
Your Group Financial Controller role has day to day ownership over the monthly and statutory reporting for the Group. This vacancy will be down to you to impart a fresh review of current operations, and liaise with the regional consultants and support the senior leadership team. Complex group consolidations will be vital to deliver timely information for a large revenue generating part of the business. Weekly KPI management and cash flow forecasting will also have you business partnering with multiple parts of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed your ACA/ACCA qualification whilst at an accountancy practice here in with a focus on auditing a range of large clients. After taking a move out of practice, you will now have experience of working in a company with experience of fundamental financial and management reporting. In addition, a good interest and understanding of the real estate market will support your ability to provide strategic insights but the ability to deal with large data sets is key. Strong Excel modelling capabilities will be required on a daily basis, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this high calibre environment.
