GROUP FINANCE MANAGER - REPORTING TO BOARD LEVEL - ACA/ACMA/ACCA

GROUP FINANCE MANAGER - Reporting to Group Finance Director

This is a brand new opportunity due to a positive and expansive restructure within a highly innovative global company. Based out of state of the art headquarters, you'll be key in taking the company to its next level of success in its International strategy and will have full autonomy over all aspects of financial controls, systems implementation, and continuous improvement.

You'll be passionate about driving change, and will have the ability to forge key relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders including the Executive Board. In this new role, you will build and maintain exceptional relationships with external instutions including banks, and will be key in developing all areas of financial risk and compliance to futureproof all financial controls across all divisions of the Group.

As a key member of the senior team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are prepared to deadline, and for multiple entities including UK, Europe and AsiaPac. There will be a great opportunity for you to lead projects and act as the conduit between finance and other areas of the organisation for all technical support relating to new revenue streams and changes in structure as the business continues to diversify. You will also be key in other areas requiring attention on an ad hoc basis including IFRS and Accounting Standards.

You'll be able to demonstrate where you have led systems and process implementations previously and your expertise in steering relationships and change will be pivotal to the success of this role. As the business grows, knowledge transfers and migrations of both processes and systems will need to be expertly delivered - all led by you.
