Permanent FP&A Analyst, based in Rugby, Up to £35,000 plus outstanding benefits including Bonus, Study Support

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are working in partnership with this well know corporate business, based in Rugby, to recruit an FP&A Analyst, on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Controlling team in ensuring strong Financial Leadership and Budgetary Control for Managing a safe and efficient finance function for external customers and the in house Senior FP&A Director.

Your new role
You will provide financial support and governance as a Finance Business Partner, providing financial support for Board members and internal teams (e.g. HR, Ops Ex, IT, Finance) as directed by Head of Finance. You will identify, recommend and drive solutions to minimise financial and commercial risk and improve efficiency, profitability and cash flow. You will ensure that changes in financial requirements are communicated and implemented promptly, working with internal partners / customers to foster collaboration, networking & best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3-5 years financial experience, within Analysis or Budget Control, Business Management or Business Partnering, and hold Cross-divisional experience as a Part Qualified Accountant ICAEW or CIMA or ACCA or equivalent. A Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration or similar would be desirable.
