Are you a Qualified accountant, experienced in producing management accounts, with strong technical skills? If so, you may be the Financial Reporting Manager we're looking for.

This role joins a Housing organisation, based in Bedfordshire, at an exciting phase in its history as it grows and evolves. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the key responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager are to:
*Produce monthly management accounting packs to present at Board level, and oversee the preparation of management accounts for the organisation's subsidiaries
*Take ownership of the VAT returns process for the group, including addressing any partial exemption requirements
*Oversee the preparation of quarterly board reports for KPI information and assessment of overall financial performance
*Consolidate statutory information to prepare year end financial information, in addition to acting as a key liaison throughout the audit process
*Lead and motivate a small team of part-qualified/qualified accountants towards meeting KPIs, improving performance and streamlining processes.

The successful candidate for this role will be:
*A Qualified Accountant (CCAB)
*Someone with a passion for the Housing sector, preferably with strong relevant sector experience
*A confident leader with a proven track record of developing and motivating staff
*An excellent communicator with a passion for the Housing sector and a desire to join the organisation on its current upward trajectory.
