Your new company

It has achieved fast growth through precise delivery of strategy and hard work, and due to a recent IPO this vacancy has come about.
Your new role
Reporting to the FD, you'll be exposed to all aspects of finance due to the lean finance team structure. The PLC reporting will also fall in your remit, working closely with the FD and senior management to ensure the year end reports are up to standard. With support of this small finance team and technical experts, your responsibilities involve everything from the production of monthly management accounts and packs, in addition to the budgeting and forecasting process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA or ACCA accounting qualification, and experience of working in a PLC business to comprehend the full reporting process. Importantly you will also have sound IFRS knowledge, and an interest in the Real Estate industry.
What you'll get in return
