My client is based in the West Midlands and is currently in a pivotal stage in its long history, having recently undergone some significant structural changes. Now operating across the country, it's an exciting time to get involved, as pooled resources are allowing for accelerated property development plans.

Joining a vibrant and newly formed team, and reporting to the Head of FP&A, the main areas of responsibility are:
*Providing valuable insight into the 30 year plan, involving stress-testing and checking against any possible risks in a difficult to predict market
*Using expert financial modelling to evaluate and assess the ongoing viability of business decisions across development, treasury and other key business areas
*Providing high level analysis of, and detailed reporting on, financial data to allow senior management to remain abreast of the organisation's financial position
*Cashflow forecasting, and contributing to the budget setting process by liaising with stakeholders at various levels and in a range of departments.

*Be a fully qualified accountant
*Have experience of financial planning from within the Housing sector
