Based in the Midlands with multiple sites there, in the south of England and the South West, this FP&A Manager role joins a recently formed team that was created to provide valuable strategic insight into the ongoing growth an sustainability of a large property developer and housing provider.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, key areas of focus include:
*Providing valuable insight into the 30 year plan, involving stress-testing and checking against any possible risks in a difficult to predict market
*Using expert financial modelling to evaluate and assess the ongoing viability of business decisions across development, treasury and other key business areas
*Providing high level analysis of, and detailed reporting on, financial data to allow senior management to remain abreast of the organisation's financial position
*Cashflow forecasting, and contributing to the budget setting process by liaising with stakeholders at various levels and in a range of departments.

*Be a fully qualified accountant - candidates who qualified in practice will be highly attractive
*Have excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge, engage and liaise with stakeholders at various levels and from various backgrounds
*Possess strong Excel skills and show experience of financial modelling
