Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - £65,000 - Amersham - Group FP&A - ACA BIG 4 - FTSE 250

Your new company
A Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role has become available for a BIG 4 ACA second time mover who is keen to progress their career within commercial finance. You will be joining a FTSE 250 manufacturing business who are have sites based internationally. Through acquisitions and organic growth the business is in an exciting place and have created this role to support the group strategy.

Your new role
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will have full ownership of the FP&A of the division you sit within. Your role will be to analyse both current and past trends in the business units, looking at the divisions KPI's such as revenue, cost of sales and CAPEX.
This will see you monitoring this information regularly, often producing flash reporting for business unit finance directors.
By doing this, this will allow you to identify key trends and performance drivers, which will allow you to business partner with the budget holder and offer key strategy advice.
By running the Budgeting and forecasting processes, you will be a go to person for supporting the commercial finance and you can improve this process by developing this by financial modelling and forecasting tools.
There will also be a financial reporting aspect to this role as you will support with the financial planning and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be an ACA qualified accountant with first time passes, ideally within a BIG 4 firm. They are ideally looking for 1 year in industry and an understanding of commercial finance. Excel will be crucial to this role so the ability to use excel at a high level is key.
