Your new company
Your new company is a very fast growing Property Technology business based in Central London, having recently moved into new offices. They are hiring for a new Group Finance Director to come onboard, and best direct how they spend their recent funding.
This business has won numerous awards, and been commended on lots of 'Fast Growth' lists by The Times, Deloitte and LinkedIn. With their innovative product offering, allowing individuals to maximise their property's idle earnings, this business has lots of room to continue growing - and this is a great way for a Qualified accountant to be part of that story.
Your new role
In this Group Finance Director job, you will be a leader and motivator of the entire finance function, based both locally in the UK, and overseas. There is a mix of levels, and working styles in a the team, so you will need to be flexible in your management style to get the best out of everyone.
Your main focus in this role should always be to continually make the most of the business's financial and strategic position to ensure continued growth, and therefore maximising ROI for all investors, all whilst ensuring that the business' processes and controls are in place to support this growth.
This role also takes on a really commercial slant as well, and you will take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in the business, to allow senior leaders to make informed decisions about the companies future, and its strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Circa 8-10 Years' PQE, ideally in the Tech or Property sector.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Previous experience operating at FD level would be ideal
- An additional European language, as well as English, would be a bonus.

You will be generously rewarded in terms of base salary for this level of opportunity. You will also be in receipt of the company bonus scheme, and they have been doing really well lately so this should continue to pay out at full level.
