A Financial Controller role with a £10M turnover business based in Maidenhead. Managing a team of 4.

Your new role
Overall responsibility of the finance function for a growing SME business. Managing a team of 4 employees to deliver successful accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and efficient cashflow management. Strict adherence to tight monthly close and reporting deadlines in line with US parent company requirements.
Management of a team of 4
Preparation of annual finance and capital budgets
Preparation of monthly management accounts via full month end closure procedures
Presentation of variations from budget to Directors and US based owners
Daily/Weekly cash flow management
Project performance reporting
Development and implementation of new accounting systems
Completion of quarterly VAT returns
Completion of year end P11d returns
Co-ordination with the company accountants of the year end accounts preparation, tax computations and audit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with good people management skills
Experience of Sage L50 an advantage
