My client is looking for a driven individual looking to work within a growing Manufacturing business.
This South Yorkshire based client is a leading business within their market and have grown consistently year on year and are well positioned within the market to continue this growth.
The client is currently seeking an experienced accountant who can bring their own ideas to the table of how to improve and develop staff and systems within the organisation and are looking for someone to be a leader of change within the role.
A newly created opportunity for a Financial Controller based in S.Yorkshire working for a growing SME business based in Rotherham looking after a finance team of 3 (Credit Controller, Purchase Ledger Clerk and Management Accountant).
- Weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting of: depreciation, cash flow, international currency, energy costs, raw materials, quarterly VAT returns.
- Having responsibility for both the purchase and sales ledger systems.
You will be a leader of change with a strong track record in development and delivery through people and systems. You will have strong management reporting experience. A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA /CIMA ) or qualified by experience who has a broad portfolio of accounting skills and also a good technical grounding.
Working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders within the business the candidate will need to be an articulate communicator and strong influencer across the wider business who is able to deal with change at a swift pace.
The role of the FC is pivotal in forming part of the senior management team of the business.
£40-45,000 (pa) + a competitive benefits package.
