Closely working with global finance teams, this role will manage the organisations global cash position, delivering analysis of risks to senior management and capital forecasts. This role will also be responsible for preparing the financial statements in line with regulations and managing the audit process, preparing schedules and working with the auditors. Managing a Finance Officer, this position will be responsible for the financial integrity of the numbers and will play a key role in developing and motivating team members and encouraging development.Overseeing processes and systems, this role will also be responsible for delivering improvements, working with colleagues nationally and internationally on training and development.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA) who is able to demonstrate exceptional technical financial accounting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships internally and externally. We are looking for candidates who are able to lead a team and influence, building credibility across different levels within the organisation.
