A growing hotel chain, with an international remit, based in contemporary offices in Central London is looking to recruit for a Finance Systems Manager job.
The hotels in the chain are various sizes, from 50-500 bedroom hotels, and 3-5* properties. The back office function, based in the Head Office is very impressive and will really enable you to reach your full potential.
Your new role
As the Finance Systems Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the Finance Systems for the Group function, and all of the individual hotels in the Group. The business is looking to swap out the current system which is SAP and bring in a new one. As such, part of your role will be to source a new system, and then implement this. Following the successful implementation you will be responsible for ensuring the sound running of this system across the business,
You will have the direct report of 1 person, a Finance Systems Analyst who will be responsible for the more administrative duties. As such, your role will encompass more a business partnering capacity - working with key stakeholders to work out what they need, and being the point of contact for these issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant experience in a systems heavy role, and have successfully implemented at least 2 different systems to now.
