Finance Manager/Company Secretary
Wellingborough, Part time or Full time
£34 - £40k (pro rata if part time)

What you'll need to succeed

This would suit either a fully qualified or qualified by experience Senior Finance candidate. The role is working in a stand alone role. The role can be 4 or 5 days a week and will cover a wide range of duties.

  • Full responsibility for the accounting and finance functions - including preparation of statutory and management accounts. Reconciliation, budget setting, credit control, manage cash flow, actuals and foreign exchange, arrange audit of accounts, manage the payroll provider and maintain all books of accounts
  • Administration
  • Company Secretary duties, taking minutes at board meetings, prepare board papers etc, lodge annual filings,
  • Lodge annual filings with the Charities commission
  • Ad hoc duties
