As a Finance manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 in a family owned Marketing and Advertising company based in Slough. You will be managing the day to day activities and acting as an assistant head of department.
Our client are an advertising and marketing agency based in Slough, as an expanding organisation due to excellent business performance, the forward thinking, proactive company have a great track record for internal promotion. Due to the recent success of the business and internal promotions, our client are seeking a qualified finance manager to join their team and manage a team of 5.
As a finance manager, you will be responsible for the month-end processes, ensure all journal entries are prepared correctly. Prepare P&L forecasts and review balance sheet reconciliation. Overall, you will act as the assistant department head for the finance function and will be reporting into the finance director.
Our client are looking for a finance manager that has experience within the advertising and marketing industry. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with the aspirations to progress throughout the organisation. You will have experience within management accounts and be comfortable managing a team.
You will have a good understanding how to prepare P&L forecasts and have excellent balance sheet reconciliation skills.
