Summary

As an FP&A Finance Manger you'll be responsible for all Reporting, planning and analysis across across the entire Customer area (Property, Marketing, Head Office and Technology) as well as lead on Transformation for Customer.

Please note that this is a six month contract with a possibility it may extend beyond that.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead FP&A across Head Office and Technology with two direct reports
- Prepare and deliver standard periodic performance packs across all Customer areas and lead monthly FD sessions
- Attend monthly business leader performance review in Head Office and Technology
- Develop baseline strategic objectives & drivers in line with group targets & business priorities.
- Create first pass Long Range Plan (LRP) and budget scenarios for Customer aea
- Manage the rolling forecast process.
- Measure forecast performance in line with defined KPIs.
- Plan and execute Customer annual planning process
- Lead on reporting transformation in Head Office and Technology
- Manage and establish newly created reporting Bengaluru team in India
- Main point of contact for Customer FD for landing Finance Transformation programme successfully
- Provide meaningful analysis to support Customer Business Partners

Ideal Candidate

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience in managing large scale budgets
- Experience of engaging and working with senior business stakeholders
- Effective financial analysis skills
- Ability to work against tight time lines
- Strong operational discipline
