Job Description

We are on the search for Finance Business Partner to join a world leading Arts Institute in central London. This operates within a commercially astute finance team (18 FTE) reporting into a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis that is respected throughout the sector for his ability but also the development of staff.

This role has been established as part of the growth in the FP&A team (5 FTE). You will support the business by working directly with budget holders and departmental heads to manage all facets of management accounting and financial planning services. Specific Responsibilities include:

*Finance Business Partnering (40%) - Building strong relationships with key departmental stakeholders including directors, providing financial advice and information that assists and educates in decision making.
*Management reporting (30%) - Preparation of departmental budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts. Work with the wider finance team to ensure transactions and journals are recorded accurately and ensure each department is operating within their funding.
*Strategic Analysis (30%) - Analyse and interpret complex financial data, providing the team with key insights to aid decision making. Support the development of financial polices and process improvements to ensure the month end process is streamlined and effective.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) accountant that is looking for opportunities to develop, in a fast paced, modern finance function.
