This is an exciting time to join a dynamic Business Partnering function that is spearheading an organisational transformation programme and corporate restructure. Reporting into the Head of Finance and working closely with the wider business you will play a pivotal role in building effective relationships with budget holders and stakeholders to provide them with accurate financial and budgetary information. Specific responsibilities include:
*Provide support and advice that is constructive to ensure effective operation of financial and budgetary control.
*Support budget holders in the planning and budgeting process that is fully coherent including; cost drivers, performance and risk.
*You will lead the finance teams on all financial matters.
You must be working for a successful organisation in a role that has allowed you to pick up the requisite amount of experience needed to enable you to succeed in this role. As previously stated, how you communicate finance to a non- finance audience is key. You will be fully qualified and have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport in a warm and engaging, approachable but challenging manner.
