The successful applicant will be joining the organisation in an exciting period of change which will lead to a range of projects that you may not get from your day to day job. The change will not only be across the finance team but the wider organisation to improve communications. Reporting into the Head of Finance Business Partnering, key responsibilities include:
*Finance Business Partner to a range of stake holders, building effective relationships to provide support and advice that is constructive to ensure effective operation of financial and budgetary control.
*Assist in the finance element of business planning and budgeting, cost analysis and in-year forecasting.
*Provide high quality financial information to the wider finance team, to enable management of budgets in line with Government policies.
The successful candidate will be a part qualified (CCAB or CIMA) accountant. You must have proven experience in a Business Partnering role to be able to hit the ground running. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively and independently. This role would suit someone wanting to broaden their existing skills as there will be endless opportunities for career development.
