Goodman Masson is working with a fast-growing organisation based in West London to recruit their new Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent role for a finalist studier or recently qualified accountant who is looking for broad exposure and more advanced business partnering opportunities.
In this role you will have exposure to all aspects of company finances, in a growing and dynamic organisation. Additional responsibilities include treasury management and finance policy design.
You will have considerable opportunities for learning and progressing in your career - they offer both support for progressing with accounting qualifications, as well as significant "on the job" training - and provide a supportive and stimulating work environment.
This role is also the key business partner for a new commercial division of the business which is forecasted to grow considerably in the next few years.
With 150 staff over six offices globally you will also be responsible for partnering with international teams across the US, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand to provide them with management information reports and ensure the management accounts are as useful as possible. There will also be some international projects for you to get involved with as well.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys management accounting and is able to provide scrutiny and insight to the management accounts and management information reports to improve processes where needed
- Is a confident business partner who is able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Has the ability to engage people with change and coordinate the work of others
- Is ambitious, with the ability to learn quickly
We will only consider finalist-level studiers, or recently-qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Previous management accounting experience is a must, ideally within a complex business with a group or regional structure.
