We are currently recruiting for a Client Controller to join our vibrant Business Services team in Discovery Park, Sandwich, Kent, rapidly expanding due to business growth.
As chartered accountants and business advisers offering audit, accounts, strategic tax and business development advice as one of the major Accountancy and Financial Services firms practising in the South East of England, we would be looking for a trusted and enthusiastic Client Controller to join the current team
The Client Controller must be dedicated and industrious, committed to accuracy in all work. You will control a portfolio of clients and ensure that all compliance matters are dealt with on time. You will also assist with training and supervision of more junior staff.

The objectives of the role
You will look after a portfolio of owner managed business clients. There will also be the opportunity for progression.
Ensure that all client administrative matters are up to date and accurate
Take responsibility for client billings and recovery of internal costs
Be prepared to become involved in local networking opportunities
- Support the managers and partners with ad hoc strategic and advisory projects
Qualified to ACA, ACCA or AAT, or qualified by experience
Three years experience in practice
- Demonstrable competence in effective people management, preferable from previous experience in a similar role within practice
