Are you a qualified small firm Audit & Accounts Manager or Supervisor / Assistant Manager, with experience in, or a strong interest in, media, entertainment, music, sport and creative based clients? Are you keen to work for a niche, West End practice that specialises in very high profile music and media related clients, where you can help to manage the firms portfolio of clients as well as manage a small yet growing audit and accounts department? Assisting the partners with the smooth running of the firm, your role will be mixed between audits (around 40%) with the remainder of your time spent on account preparation assignments plus ad hoc projects and corporate finance work. To start with your role will be hands on but after you have been with the firm for 3 to 6 months your role will become more supervisory and review based. A large part of your role will be staff management, managing clients and also managing the audit / accounts department. Clients are generally small to medium in size, up to around £15m, and sectors include: media, creative, entertainment, sports, music, designers, fashion, retail, talent management and many other interesting sectors. Many of the clients are HNWI but will include the companies that they own.

To be considered for this newly created role (due to winning new clients) you must be a qualified ACA / ACCA, working as a Supervisor or Manager in a good quality practice firm. It is likely you will have at least 4 to 5 years of PQE. Experience of CCH would be an advantage but not essential. You must have experience of both audit assignments, and preparing statutory accounts. Experience managing a portfolio of clients and staff management is also highly desirable. It would be an advantage if you have experience of media, music and entertainment clients (although not essential, just an interest in these sectors is fine). You must have a strong academic record, be polished, well presented and be looking to progress in the future.

This small yet very high profile firm has a family feel, they want their staff to feel happy and stay with them long term. They pay their staff very well and always reward for their efforts. They also offer a great work life balance. In return you can expect a varied role, high levels of responsibility and progression to a higher level. This is a great opportunity for an Audit & Accounts Manager to work for a genuinely niche firm which specialises in some of the most high profile music, media, sport and entertainment clients in the world.
