Job Description

We're looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team in Brazil and this role will be based in our office in São Paulo. You will be fully accountable for driving customer retention and delivering double digit growth to clients within regional responsibility.

Key responsibilities

  • To negotiate subscription contracts for the installed client base;
  • To sell the entire WGSN suite of solutions to existing clients including WGSN fashion, Insight, Lifestyle & Interiors and Mindset;
  • Consistently deliver against goals and targets set by the management team;
  • Arranging & attending sales meetings with clients;
  • To build relationships with decision makers;
  • Negotiating contracts with executives
  • Drafting proposals and contract documents
  • Design strategic account plans for all accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Consistently deliver against goals and targets set by the management team;
  • Work together with client services in order to improve usage in your book of account;

Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar client facing role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Must be extremely customer service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations.
  • Good computer skills (basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint - salesforce is a differential)
  • Able to undertake some travel
  • Mature, reliable, hands on, good team player, good people management skills, willing to take on any ad hoc assignments, collaborative and be able to meet deadline.
