The 2010 Career Benchmarking Survey, undertaken by the ICAEW in collaboration with recruitment consultant, Robert Half has revealed the following key findings:
- The average income of an ACA is £92,300 (£79.1k salary + £13.2k bonus)
- The average bonus has fallen by 26% compared to the 2009 survey
- Males’ average salaries are around 50% higher than females’
- Average salaries are around 45% higher outside the UK at £107.7k (compared to £74.2k in the UK)
