Property Hub Tax is a new accountancy practice that specialises in providing a personalised, friendly, efficient and strategic service to property investors.

The Property Hub provides free property education to hundreds of thousands of property investors every year. We publish the UK’s most popular business podcast with over 150,000 monthly listeners, there are 24,000 members in our online community, we hold more than 35 free events across the country every month, and we publish a quarterly magazine as well as a selection of best-selling books.

These channels introduce clients to the businesses that form part of the Property Hub Group – including a property investment company, a property development business, a letting agency, a short-term finance company and a specialist property accountancy service, Property Hub Tax.

All our teams work from home, using the latest technology to collaborate effectively.


Your  goal is to provide a first-class service, delivering accounts and tax advice on time and error-free. You will also be responsible for making clients aware of other services as appropriate.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Self-assessment tax return preparation for individuals including capital gains computations and schedules, property income, foreign income and related schedules.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies.
  • Corporation Tax return preparation for small limited companies.
  • Partnership tax return preparation for self-employed partnerships and LLPs.
  • Dealing with client queries over the telephone and via email, ensuring all client engagement is up to date.
  • Managing clients and ensuring great service to them.
  • Maintaining systems and processes as required.


You are a Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA) with a proven track record in accountancy practice.

You have solid accounting and tax experience, and are friendly and professional. Any experience you have related to property accountancy practices  will be an advantage, but not necessary.

You have flawless written and spoken English, and communicate with clarity and warmth.

You’re a highly organised self-starter, and have a can-do attitude: you pride yourself on completing tasks on time and have strong client engagement skills too. You are proactive and continually on the lookout for ways to improve working processes, and have high personal standards that are reflected in everything you do.

You’re comfortable with new technology, and enjoy following processes to get the best results.


You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, during standard office hours.  From time to time, some flexibility may be required outside of these hours.  You will be paid an annual salary of £30-£32,000, dependant on experience.

Part-time roles are also available (minimum of 25 hours per week). A regular working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate. From time to time, some flexibility may be required outside of these agreed hours. As the business grows, there may be an opportunity to increase your hours.
